Big News! On Tuesday the 12th of March and Wednesday the 13th of March, we will have none other than the legendary Alex Maleev as a special guest at Henk Comics in Amsterdam!!
Alex Maleev is an Eisner award winning comic book illustrator, best known for the series Daredevil (vol. 2) with frequent collaborator Brian Michael Bendis. He first teamed with Bendis on Todd McFarlane’s Sam and Twitch series in 2000-2001 before they were recruited for Daredevil. In 2006, Maleev finished his famous run with Bendis in Daredevil and planned a collaboration with the writer on a new ongoing Spider-Woman series. Bendis and Maleev collaborated once again for the Halo: Uprising miniseries. Other titles he worked on are Superman vs. Predator, Hellboy Weird Tales, Dark Tower, Avengers, Iron Man, Punisher, and Batman. @brianmbendis and Maleev relaunched Moon Knight in 2011, and started the creator owned comic Scarlet. In 2023, they started an all-new crime saga MASTERPIECE, from Dark Horse Comics.
